About Pwani House
Immerse yourself in the Swahili culture when stepping into Pwani House. A great location, situated on the seafront of Lamu next to Lamu House Hotel and a five-minute walk to the Old Fort, Lamu Museum and other social amenities our home is an ideal retreat for your stay in the mystical island of Lamu.
Our home consists of 3 levels: at the bottom, The swimming pool and a kitchen are downstairs right at the entrance.On the first floor, the are two bedrooms both ensuite, with mosquito nets and fans as well as a connecting balcony.On the second floor, we find the master bedroom with AC, mosquito net, fan and a living area and its own private balcony.On the rooftop, there is a cosy sitting area as well as a second kitchen and fridge. On the upstairs floor enjoy the sun and the panoramic views of the town and the ocean, the amazing stars and the colors at sunrise and sunset or relax under the open roof while sipping on a glass of wine. Great to dine under the stars.
Zion will be at your disposal during your stay in Pwani House and will cater to any need you may have. All our beds have mosquito nets, towels and body soap is also provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We offer laundry or meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at additional cost. We are also happy to arrange your transfers, activities and shopping.
